The following is taken from Hansard
Mr. Amess: To ask the Secretary of State for Transport how many trains on
(a) the C2C line and (b) One Rail were cancelled in the last
year; and what the reason was for each cancellation. [34256]
Derek Twigg: The most recent performance summary indicates that the total
train cancellations for year to date on
C2C
stands at 1,451 and 'One' Railway 6,815.
In the last 12 months, punctuality figures for One and
C2C were
93.7 per cent. Public Performance Measure (PPM) and 88.1 per cent. PPM
respectively. PPM is the industry standard for measuring the proportion of
trains arriving on time.
