c2c will introduce a completely revised timetable from 10th December 2006. This
offers a significant increase in trains through Thurrock during the peak hours,
a 10 minute frequency via Rainham, and a 20 minute frequency via Chafford
Hundred, together with better connection opportunities at West
Ham.

Passenger Focus, the statutory passengers representative body, is
supportive of the timetable changes.** Following a week of
delays, cancellation & passenger protests c2c have announced that the old
timetable will be restored on 8th January 2007 **
