A number of our members have commented they cannot understand how c2c keeps topping the league tables for best train operator, especially following the disruption encountered on the line during November 2005. c2c's performance is measured by Punctuality & Reliability, more details of which can be found here.

We have therefore implemented this form so we better record your feedback on delays & cancellations to c2c services. Please give us as much information as you can; were c2c staff helpful, were you kept informed of developments, were the departure screens showing the correct information, every piece of information helps us build a fuller picture of any problems on the line.
